Specializing in Career and Technical Education, I am committed to equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in various industries and professions. Currently, I serve as an Engineering Design Instructor at Drake State, imparting valuable skills and knowledge to aspiring professionals in the field.

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Design Instructor at Drake State Community and Technical College, I combine my passion for teaching and industry experience to provide high-quality education and training in computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering design concepts. I have over six years of teaching experience and 15 years of industry experience in packaging and structural design and manufacturing.
I hold multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB), NOCTI - Technical Drafting, and Post-Secondary PMI Instructor. I am proficient in various CAD software and tools and constantly update my skills and knowledge to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing innovation. I design and deliver an engaging and relevant curriculum that prepares learners for the workforce and further education. I also mentor and coach my students and colleagues to help them achieve their full potential and career goals.
